Whats new in 2016

Lots of exciting news for 2016 coming down the pipeline! Make it your New Year's resolution to check out some of these cruise and land opportunities. It's interesting to find out what new amenities and itineraries they'll have to entice you in 2016.
What's New in Cruise

Royal Caribbean introduces the third ship in the Quantum class. Ovation of the seas launches in April 2016 with some of the same bells and whistles from her sister ships that make them an adventure like no other. But experiencing Two70° will be a journey in itself. By day, this venue is an open area with panoramic views where you can relax and curl up with a good book while taking in the clean ocean air. By night, the venue transforms into a spellbinding aerial show when the lights go down and the music is turned up for that WOW effect.

Touted as the fun ship cruise line, Carnival Cruise Line debuts its newest addition, Carnival Vista, in May 2016, and she'll sail around Europe through October. The ship offers the all-new SkyRide, where you can strap in and zip around a bike course way above the deck. Picture yourself in Cuba at the Havana Bar & Pool, a venue that is an outdoor retreat, but turns into a music and dancing hotspot at night. And don't miss the IMAX theater, the first of its kind at sea.

In the spirit of combining your love for travel and making a difference as you enjoy your vacation, try Fathom. They sail to Cuba and Dominican Republic with a purpose in a whole new category of impact travel. Enjoy person-to-person interactions, transform lives, help build a community with lasting social impact, and have an adventure in 2016 on 7-night itineraries out of Miami.

What's New in Land

If you're a foodie, you'll be happy to hear that Sandals Grande St. Lucian Spa & Beach Resort opened 3 new restaurants to get you ready to bring in the New Year. When you vacation there, choose from the Jerk Shack, a true Caribbean experience, Kimonos Japanese-style Teppanyaki restaurant, or Bombay Club Indian cuisine infused with exotic and flavorful dishes.

Traveling to Cuba would certainly be a trip of a lifetime for some travelers. If you want a rare opportunity to be one of the first in 50 years to visit Cuba and experience its colorful history and lively culture, consider taking Cuba People-To-People Programs with Globus.
